This is a haveli which was originally in two parts and built in 17th century. This was the same period when the City Palace was made. This is designed in typical Mewari architecture and provides it’s guests a very relaxing and regal haveli atmosphere and style. This has been converted into a heritage hotel after Th. Devraj Singh of Jagat took the challenge of renovating the havelis in 1987. The hotel is situated right on the bank of Lake Pichola providing an excellent view of Palaces of Udaipur. The hotel now has 29rooms and all are different from each other.
