Sardargarh Heritage Hotel – Sardargarh

Sardargarh is among one of the splendid forts of Rajasthan. It is located amidst the mountains and dense forests of Chuppun 94 km from Udaipur. This was built by Sardar Singh in 18th century. It looks like a ship anchored at sea from a distance before onecomes close to the gigantic walls soaring high above the low lying village of Lawa. MaharanaJagat Singh of Udaipur was so much impressed by the fort that he appointed Thakur Sardar Singh to supervise construction of Jag Niwas which is now popularly known as Lake Palace. The fort has now been converted into Heritage Hotel and offers 21 suites, each with unique décor and name. The suites provide all modern amenities to its guests while retaining the old world charm
